We launched from Hemmant while Patrick and Brian launched from Pinkenba . Fifteen knots or more of south westerly against allowed us to surf to the Port. Dave arrived soon after the photo having spent a good deal of time exploring the roads in the eastern suburbs of Brisbane. Carolyn found the waves and windy conditions a bit much for a TK1 and so she and Irena just peeked around the corner.
