13 kayaks launched from the small ramp opposite the shop at Dohles Rocks for the Pine Rivers Night Paddle. The shop owner commented about not often seeing so many kayaks launch from her neck of the woods. We passed a couple of campsites, some of them commented about the kayaks and lights.
Susan and I paddled directly to Bob Bell Park, the rest of the group went in another direction and joined us shortly afterwards. The food was plentiful and the desert was appreciated. While we ate the river filled to its brim and made for an easy return trip. The weather was good, with enough wind near Dohles Rocks fill the sails.
